Return Period & Warranty

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery, or within the official product warranty period as specified at the time of purchase.

Factory Defects Only

Returns and warranty claims are strictly accepted ONLY for products with genuine factory or manufacturing defects.

• Product failing to power on or function correctly out of the box due to factory components.
• Defects in materials or workmanship present upon receipt.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for defects or damages caused by:

• User-caused damage, accidental drops, or physical impact.
• Improper use, electrical power surges, or incorrect voltage exposure.
• Water damage, chemical damage, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from routine use over time.
• Change of mind after purchase or delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or warranty evaluation, please bring the item along with your proof of purchase (receipt or order reference number) to our store, or contact our customer support team directly.
